The Surfers guide to Breath & Water is a 1 day surf survival course course specifically designed for surfers of all levels.

Whether its for big waves or small, once you have undertaken our one day session, you will have more confidence in the water, a better understanding of the human body and a longer, more relaxed time beneath the waves.

It all starts with education...

Understanding the human body is the first stage into unlocking your potential underwater.

We share with you the physiology of how the body works, then start building a foundation of confidence around it.

The mental game …

Unlocking your potential starts with understanding your body, then we build mental techniques to help relax and control your mind for when your beneath the waves.
