For those looking to really set a goal for this year we are kicking off our 8 week training program again for Term 1. 2025 ! Starting February the 9th 2025.
Your goal might be take your breatholds upto the 5min mark and above or maybe just to gain control over your mental and physical health.
Well it all starts with Breathwork & Consistency and that’s what our schedule sets for you… a program of consistent daily exercises for anyone from complete beginner to experienced.
We meet up online every Sunday to discuss the week of training ahead plus tips and techniques to help you progress.
This program is designed with all dry training exercises which means no matter where you are in the world, you can improve your mental and physical adaptations to the water in the safest possible way. No need for a pool, ocean or safety buddy.
